Refund policy

If you for some reason come to regret the package you have purchased, you will be refunded the whole price, minus the cost of one session. You need to cancel the package within 48h after the first session. This can be done via mail. Please notice however that once you’re into the second session, there’s no money-back insurance. From here onwards it’s all in, i.e. commitment. By this time I expect you to be clear on whether our collaboration feels like a “hell-yes” or a “hell-no”. No middle ground here. In case you come to face acute problems or find yourself in a crisis, you may of course reschedule to a later date.

Rescheduling of sessions

Please make sure to do your outmost to honor our plans by making sure you show up on time. Life is however unpredictable and things can happen. You may therefore reschedule before 48h of our planned session. Please note however, after 48h, either you show up or it’s a session gone.

If you arrive late to our session, unless you have a solid reason, we will still finish at the agreed time. Please make sure to arrive on time. It’s a matter of honoring commitments and respecting each other’s and other clients’ time. I will do the same for you. If you haven’t showed up after 15 min of our agreed starting time, I will consider the session cancelled.

If we were to reach your desired goal before you have used all your sessions, you have two options. You may bank the remaining sessions and use them later on when you feel the need for a booster session or wish to work on something else. Please note that “later on” in this case means within one year of our last session. You may also ask for a refund and get money back for the remaining sessions.

Upgrade package

If you wish to upgrade your package, I will charge you for the new package minus the cost of the previous package.

Payment

Please make sure to make a full payment (or a monthly installment) within 48h before our first session. That means I need to see verification (receipt or otherwise) of a payment 48h before we start your journey.
